Five streams are kept separate: direct cash expenses, GoFundMe transfer facts, Sol Relief-routed support, the tool program and in-kind impact. This public record uses the cleaned accounting files, with the main totals checked against the current source totals.
US$402,462.77 is the official public expense register total. It includes US$399,231.77 in documented direct expenses, plus two clearly labeled organizer-note rows: US$235.00 for small field costs and US$2,996.00 for bank, card, cash-withdrawal and currency-exchange costs.
604 expense rows, 158 project records, 36 updates, 2,637 donor/support records, and 13 team entries are shown across the public pages.
For public consistency, EUR figures use the July 31, 2024 ECB rate of 1.0828 USD/EUR; XCD uses 2.70 XCD/USD.
Original invoices and transfer proof are kept on file; public pages show safe summaries without personal or account details. The organizer field-cost and bank/card/cash rows are labeled as organizer notes, not vendor invoices.
Anonymous donations stay anonymous. Public amounts are shown as GoFundMe EUR records or clearly labeled Sol Relief-routed support, without revealing anonymous donor names.
Household or case names are withheld by default.
Sol Relief-routed support is shown separately and not added to direct expense accounting.
Tool-sale income after the tool-loaning program closed and related costs are separated so the same line is not counted twice.
Public pages use selected recovery photos and avoid posting sensitive personal documentation.
